職位描述：Your main tasks主要工作職責(zé)· Quick and smooth integration into the Technical Service Team快速融入維修服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)· Fast learning of Technical Service, Repair and Assembling of optical instruments or electronic device快速掌握光學(xué)內(nèi)窺鏡或電子產(chǎn)品的維護(hù)，維修和組裝技能· Take over responsibility about own working area能夠?qū)Ρ韭毠ぷ髫?fù)責(zé)· Following the implemented work flow processes and proactively work on improvements遵照工作流程，并積極改善· Repair medical instruments within the predefined time frame于規(guī)定的維修周期內(nèi)，保質(zhì)保量完成醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品的維修· Support additional mechanical repair tasks配合維修其他的器械產(chǎn)品· Become an expert in the Repair for medical instruments成為醫(yī)用器械產(chǎn)品維修的熟手· Report to the Senior Service Manager匯報(bào)給高級(jí)服務(wù)經(jīng)理Your qualification任職資格· Bachelor/college degree in electronics-optics or medical instrument (preferably with medical instrument experience)本科或?qū)I(yè)學(xué)歷，電子光學(xué)或醫(yī)療器械專(zhuān)業(yè)（有醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮）· Strong Optical or electronics Know How具備光學(xué)或電子學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)· Documented experience in the repair or manufacturing of endoscopes or electronic device is preferred有內(nèi)窺鏡或電子產(chǎn)品維修/制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先· Fast learning快速學(xué)習(xí)能力· Experienced in the use of MS-Office programs like Excel and Word熟練使用MS-Office，比如Excel, Word· Fluent in written and spoken English (would be a plus)英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)流利可優(yōu)先考慮· Background and experience in the medical field, service repairs, working with western company/mentality would be a plus有醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，維修服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可優(yōu)先考慮· Mandarin native language普通話(huà)流利· Willingness to travel (within Mainland China) 可出差（中國(guó)大陸）· Loyal and Trustable忠誠(chéng)度高，可信賴(lài)· Willingness for a long-term cooperation 愿意跟公司長(zhǎng)期合作· Interested to work in an international environment 有興趣在外資公司工作· Own initiative and independent working style主動(dòng)，獨(dú)立的工作方式· Cost and target orientated成本節(jié)約意識(shí)，目標(biāo)明確· Service orientated服務(wù)意識(shí)· Analytical and problem solving skill分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力
