職位描述:PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 職位概要Lead a regional team of sales supervisors and sales representatives, and provide them direction to ensure business success and align organization goals with those of the regional team.領導所負責區(qū)域的銷售隊伍,為他們提供指導以確保團隊銷售任務的圓滿完成PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.帶領負責區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售團隊按季完成區(qū)域銷售指標Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information根據(jù)所掌握的信息制定并執(zhí)行所負責區(qū)域的銷售及業(yè)務發(fā)展計劃Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through PMP.制定所負責團隊的工作目標及優(yōu)先順序,通過績效考核流程管理并確保團隊成員共同完成銷售任務Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.建立所負責區(qū)域的代理商銷售網(wǎng)絡,管理代理商的績效以完成公司的銷售任務Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business.引導代理商執(zhí)行公司的業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并確保公司業(yè)務的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.建立并維護與區(qū)域內(nèi)大客戶之間的良好關系Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.在所負責區(qū)域內(nèi)組織各項市場推廣活動,并建立良好的品牌形象Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.結合銷售業(yè)績有效地控制運營成本Coordinate with QA&DC department to collect AE details and coach subordinates how to handle AE events配合質(zhì)量保證與分銷中心部收集不良事件信息,并指導下屬處理不良事件.Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job營造良好的激勵機制以激發(fā)各級員工的工作積極性Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business.及時與上級溝通并如實報告業(yè)務狀況PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 資格要求EDUCATION 教育程度College degree in medicine or medicine- related majors.醫(yī)學或生物相關專業(yè)本科學歷EXPERIENCE 工作經(jīng)驗At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.五年以上醫(yī)療器械銷售及市場等相關行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗Experience in distributor management is preferred具有代理商管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先Team management experience具有團隊管理經(jīng)驗OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.有較強的溝通及人際交往能力A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills有團隊精神,具有主動性,優(yōu)秀的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力Well-planning skills良好的計劃能力Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English中英文溝通能力Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills具有較強的分析能力及有效解決問題的能力Proficient in the use of MS Office suite能熟練使用office辦公軟件
