職位描述:The HR & Administration provides advice and assistance to Management for issuing Human Resource policies according to China Employee Contract Law or any other regulations. Establish the procedures and regulations in Ondal China within any HR and Administration area. These policies define all Ondal China employees’ business behavior during work.This position is part of company management, is taking responsible to support Managing Director to issue HR and Administration strategy and take ownership to carry out the results.Manage the annual headcount and department cost budget controlling.根據(jù)勞動法及其他法規(guī),針對于人力資源政策提供意見及協(xié)助,根據(jù)歐達爾中國員工的業(yè)務(wù)行為,建立相應(yīng)的人事及行政相關(guān)的程序和規(guī)定。這個崗位是公司經(jīng)營管理的一部分,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理進行人事及行政策略的制定及發(fā)布、進行跟蹤及信息反饋。管理控制年度員工人數(shù)以及部門費用預(yù)算。8. Scope of Responsibilities 職責(zé)范圍Human Resource Area:人力資源范圍1.Work with MD to define the Ondal China HR strategy, and adjust when it’s necessary. Ensure this strategy is well communicated with all OMC employees, and the company will commit to this strategy;與總經(jīng)理協(xié)作,制定歐達爾中國的人事策略,并按實際情況進行適時的修改,確保這個策略是適用于歐達爾中國的所有員工,公司的發(fā)展遵循這個策略2.All HR policies issued will consider the relevant law and balance of company actual or economy situation;所有人力資源政策需依據(jù)相關(guān)法律和公司實際的經(jīng)濟狀況來制定及發(fā)布。3.Design the organization with MD, and make sure it will fit for the business growth, and therefore prepare the job description for each position accordingly;按公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的情況,與總經(jīng)理一起制定公司的組織架構(gòu),并為每個崗位制定相應(yīng)的崗位說明書。4.Responsible for HR and Administration related budget preparing, monitor budget spending and propose for actions or measures if necessary;負責(zé)人事和行政相關(guān)的費用預(yù)算,監(jiān)督費用的使用情況,必要時提出相應(yīng)建議和措施。5.Take ownership to establish all HR procedures, make sure Recruitment, Staffing, C&B (compensation and benefit), Retention program, Training & Development etc. processes are properly defined;建立人力資源相關(guān)的流程,確保招聘、人員編制,薪酬福利,留任,培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展等相關(guān)流程的合理性。6.Responsible to create new employees on-boarding plan, and conduct the result with evaluation from each responsible staff, and keep all the records;負責(zé)制定新人訓(xùn)計劃,并對培訓(xùn)進行評估,保存所有記錄。7.Responsible for all employees’ C&B (compensation and benefit), take benchmark from the market and status of OMC to define the C&B policy together with MD;與總經(jīng)理一起,針對于市場情況來制定適合于歐達爾中國的薪酬和福利政策。8.Responsible for Training and development of employees, to make sure right training program will be conducted to support the business growth. Work with the management to setup development plan for employees, and create a learning environment for the company;負責(zé)員工的培訓(xùn)及發(fā)展事宜,確保所有的培訓(xùn)適合于公司的業(yè)務(wù)增長需求,與管理層一起為員工發(fā)展設(shè)定相應(yīng)規(guī)劃,為公司營造良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。9.Drive to establish a good working environment and company cultural together with the whole management, to ensure all employees will be happy and proud to work with OMC;與公司管理層一起在公司內(nèi)推動并建立良好的工作環(huán)境及企業(yè)文化,確保所有員工能夠以在歐達爾中國工作而高興及自豪。10.Cooperate with Ondal Germany to promote Ondal China, and show Ondal China employees activity and positive information to headquarter;不定時地向歐達爾德國介紹歐達爾中國的情況 ,將歐達爾中國的員工活動及相關(guān)信息共享給總部。11.Monitor overall employees performance plan, and keep track of employees target agreement fulfillment;全程監(jiān)督員工的績效考核計劃,跟蹤員工的目標(biāo)完成情況12.Setup or arrange employee meetings or events;組織及安排員工會議及其它事件13.Any other tasks assigned by MD.總經(jīng)理交待的其它工作Administration Area:行政范圍1.Be responsible for employees health check, lunch supply, working cloth preparation;負責(zé)員工體檢,午餐,工作服的事宜2.Review or adjust company business trip policy;檢查及調(diào)整公司出差政策3.Manage employees discipline and attendance, also take care of holiday plan. Inform of company holiday plan accordance to government regulations, and inform headquarter;管理員工的紀(jì)律及出勤,放假事宜安排,按照政府規(guī)定,發(fā)布公司放假計劃,并通知總部4.Any other tasks assigned by MD.總經(jīng)理交待的其它工作
