職位描述:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要職責(zé))Engineering?Lead or participate projects relating product transfer or development, ensure all the engineering actives completed on time and on budget.?Provide continuous improvement program in terms of components localization and engineering studies, as well as the molding projects to drive standard cost down.?Identify and renovate the production lines to automation lines to support the plant cost savings.?Plan, implement and coordinate process improvement activities as well as changes to the existing manufacturing processes to help with flow through in area of yield loss and line efficiency enhancement.?Work with Purchasing on material localization initiatives to assess suppliers’ capability, conducting acceptance testing, through to conducting of in-house trials and validation to quantify supplies qualification..Facilities?Ensures that the facility group is highly customer focused, continuously improves the operational environment and maintains high quality standard on deliverables.?Ensures all facility related work complies with safety, environmental & regulatory requirements.?Establishes and maintains strong facility and utilities engineering support, including but not limited to maintenance, modifications, design, renovation & facility improvements, to the operations to effectively support Plant’s goals and needs.?Overall cleanliness of work environment and landscape maintenance.?Establish and maintain an effective security system within the company premises to ensure company properties and equipment are adequately protected.EH&S (Environment, Health and Safety)?Facilitate and support the Safety, Industrial Health and Environment efforts in achieving a safe and healthy workplace as well as developing good environmental practices across the company.?Good knowledge and sound application of EHS in department activities.Others?Plan and submit timely operational budget and forecast. Review and monitor expenditure to ensure variance-to-budget (both capital and expenses) is minimized.?Ensures open and complete communication with internal customers.?Maintain good communication, professional relationship with the relevant outside parties such as consultants, contractors, etc, to accomplish best possible results in terms of timeliness, workmanship, safe practices, regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness and service standard.?Participates as a member of the Steering team to set directions and expectation of the Resource/Process teams and also to avail as a resource to the Resource/Process teams.?Lead, coach and develop both the Resource and Process Support team members to strive for continuous improvement and maintain good team spirit.?Performs any other task(s) as assigned, or defined in related quality procedures.SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)1.Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with post graduate training in area of ISO13485; GMP; Project management; LEAN; Six Sigma and validation etc;2.Minimum 6-10 years industrial experience of which minimum of 5 years leaderhship experience in the medical device field as Equipment, Maintenance, Engineering Manager.3.Good organizational abilities, oral communications in both Chinese and English.4.Sufficient software application proficiency in MS office.5.Extensive Engineering knowledge including but not limited to project management, machine enhancement and troubleshooting, time study, molding and assembly.6.Financial knowledge includes but not limited to budgets, standard costing, variance analysis, fixed and variable costing.7.Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a team environment;8.Expert ability to write and present effective project materials, including presentations, status-reporting, etc.9.Expert ability to lead effective project meetings that are tailored to the participants.10.Expert ability to effectively identify and resolve project issues.11.Ability to work in a high stress, high productivity and rapidly changing environment.12.Ability to be a “self-starter” who identifies, resolves, and reports on issues in a timely and effective manner.
