職位描述：PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 職位概要Lead a regional team of sales supervisors and sales representatives, and provide them direction to ensure business success and align organization goals with those of the regional team.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售隊(duì)伍，為他們提供指導(dǎo)以確保團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售任務(wù)的圓滿完成PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.帶領(lǐng)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)按季完成區(qū)域銷售指標(biāo)Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information根據(jù)所掌握的信息制定并執(zhí)行所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through PMP.制定所負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作目標(biāo)及優(yōu)先順序，通過績效考核流程管理并確保團(tuán)隊(duì)成員共同完成銷售任務(wù)Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.建立所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的代理商銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)，管理代理商的績效以完成公司的銷售任務(wù)Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business.引導(dǎo)代理商執(zhí)行公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并確保公司業(yè)務(wù)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.建立并維護(hù)與區(qū)域內(nèi)大客戶之間的良好關(guān)系Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)組織各項(xiàng)市場推廣活動(dòng)，并建立良好的品牌形象Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.結(jié)合銷售業(yè)績有效地控制運(yùn)營成本Coordinate with QA&DC department to collect AE details and coach subordinates how to handle AE events配合質(zhì)量保證與分銷中心部收集不良事件信息,并指導(dǎo)下屬處理不良事件.Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job營造良好的激勵(lì)機(jī)制以激發(fā)各級(jí)員工的工作積極性Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business.及時(shí)與上級(jí)溝通并如實(shí)報(bào)告業(yè)務(wù)狀況PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 資格要求EDUCATION 教育程度College degree in medicine or medicine- related majors.醫(yī)學(xué)或生物相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷EXPERIENCE 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.五年以上醫(yī)療器械銷售及市場等相關(guān)行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience in distributor management is preferred具有代理商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先Team management experience具有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.有較強(qiáng)的溝通及人際交往能力A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，具有主動(dòng)性，優(yōu)秀的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力Well-planning skills良好的計(jì)劃能力Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English中英文溝通能力Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills具有較強(qiáng)的分析能力及有效解決問題的能力Proficient in the use of MS Office suite能熟練使用office辦公軟件
