職位描述：Job Summary:The Technical Support Engineer is the primary interface between the customer and companyin this role, the technical support engineer is responsible for capturing our customers' current and future technical requirements. Work as a member of the Engineering team and supports the technical side of the marketing and communication process. This position also works very closely with our Sales and Product Management.作為客戶與公司在售后的主要交流媒介之一，技術(shù)支持工程師需要滿足客戶的日常維護(hù)維修需求，并捕捉客戶對于公司產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)在以及將來的需要。同時，技術(shù)支持工程師需要能夠與銷售以及產(chǎn)品管理部門共同工作、保持緊密協(xié)作。Key Responsibilities:1Ensure that Customer Requirements are properly documented, helping customer to solve technical problem.2Follow-up on technical customer issues in addition to building and maintaining customer contact.3Work with the Sales team to identify the value of each project and travel accordingly as needed.4Product training and development.1記錄顧客的技術(shù)方面的需求并解決這些問題，協(xié)助客戶自行處理一些技術(shù)問題。2跟蹤技術(shù)問題并與客戶保持日常聯(lián)絡(luò)。3與銷售團(tuán)隊協(xié)作并提供相關(guān)的技術(shù)意見與支持。4部分產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)方面的工作。Requirements：1Diploma's degree.23+ years of experience in related engineering or technical support.3Good communication skill and problem solving ability4Accept business travel.1大學(xué)?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷。2三年或三年以上口腔設(shè)備或影像設(shè)備維護(hù)維修或技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗。3較好的交流技巧以及技術(shù)問題解決能力。4能夠接受長期出差。5吃苦耐勞。
