職位描述：Position Summary:This is a sales development position within Brady China, reporting to the Medical/Lab Industry Sales Manager, the incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue channeled through distributor companies. This position’s key activity will directly contribute to sales growth, marketing development and distribution channel development for the industrial markets in the assigned areas.該職位為銷售職位，向貝迪醫(yī)療實驗室行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)理匯報。職責(zé)范圍包括通過發(fā)展代理商渠道和開發(fā)大型終端客戶，在負責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)推廣貝迪產(chǎn)品和應(yīng)用解決方案。主要任務(wù)是在指定區(qū)域內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)拓展、市場發(fā)展和渠道拓展。Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1.Overall sales revenue growth in defined region and industrial sales growth指定區(qū)域和行業(yè)的銷售增長2.Execution of Business plan for responsible regional development執(zhí)行指定區(qū)域的業(yè)務(wù)拓展計劃3.Develop customer service and satisfaction提高客戶服務(wù)和客戶滿意度4.New customer development新客戶開發(fā)5.Channel training and development代理商培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:1. College degree in any disciplines大專以上學(xué)歷2. Fair spoken & written English一定的英語讀寫能力3.Medcal/ Biologyindustry background醫(yī)療/生物行業(yè)背景4. Minimum 3year’s sales experience in industrialmarket3年以上行業(yè)市場銷售經(jīng)歷5. Channel development experience would be preferred自我約束及獨立工作能力強
