POSITION
SUMMARY
This
position will provide supporting to area sales manager as well as MPS north sales
team and add value to achievement of team’s goals.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support
for variety of meetings & trainings.
- Provide schedules,
calendar, travel, expenses logistic management.
- Follow up on tasks
assigned to different level team members.
- Consolidate and
separate various reports.
- Provide
coordination on central marketing /Finance /HR /IT /Admin /SOP /CIM for
the team and follow up relevant processes.

DESIRABLE
- Bachelor degree.
- At 2 years experience in sales & marketing team supporting.
- Has sales data
collection and analysis experience is preferred.
- Good at excel,
word and PowerPoint.
